24-Hour Cancellation PolicyWe kindly ask for a minimum of 24 working hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Without this notice, we are unable to offer the time to another patient in need, including those requiring emergency care.
Please note that missed appointments without proper notice will incur a failed appointment fee, usually based on the clinical time that was reserved for you.
To avoid any extra charges, and to help us care for all of our patients, we would be very grateful if you could let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.
